Cancellation Policy
Please read the following information before booking your tour with Nelson Tours and Travel.
Pickups
Pickups are usually available from your Nelson accommodation or an arranged pickup location, unless otherwise confirmed at the time of booking.
Food and drinks
Unless otherwise stated, food and drinks are at the customer’s own cost.
Prices
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your tour departure time, we can usually offer one of the following options:
rebook your tour for another available date at no extra cost, or
provide a refund, less any booking, payment, or card transaction fees that cannot be recovered
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure time are non-refundable.
Illness, travel disruption, or exceptional circumstances
If you are unable to attend due to illness, travel disruption, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you, but refunds or changes are not guaranteed within 48 hours of departure.
Changes made by Nelson Tours and Travel
In rare cases, we may need to change or cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, road conditions, availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
If we need to cancel your tour, we will offer you the option to rebook for another available date or receive a refund.
